APPLICATION OF TURNING ROLLS
Matsumoto manufactures a complete line of turning rolls ranging from 1,000 kg to 700,000kg capacity.
Light Duty Turning Rolls (1,000 kg and 3,000 kg capacity)
Standard Features:
• Adjustable roll to roll center distance for optimum contact angle.
• Hand held push button pendant controls with For/Stop/Rev and speed adjustment.
• AC inverter drive with LED frequency display for speed adjustment.
• Heavy duty fully enclosed all gear drive.
• Separate drive roll and idler roll for long work-pieces.
• The model RD-3-INW has each drive roll powered by a separate gear drive and motor, eliminating the problems and maintenance associated with drive shafts.
