For Plate with Drain Holes
15H Guide Roll (for Low-height Rib)
Rib for Shipbuilding have drain holes. To avoid falling ito drain holes
of Guide Roller (Height of Standard Guide Roller is 33mm),
Height of Guide Roller is adjusted to 93mm.
15H Guide Roll can be used for Rib over 15mm height.
I - DV (for Vertical Wall Travelling)
This carriage travels Vertical Wall.Magnet Roll is provided to avoid falling
down of carriage when power is switched to OFF.
• For Flat Welding
Outside Guide Roll
Guide Angle
Outside Guide Roll is used for work-piece which has not rib. (such as,
Box-beam, etc.)
Guide Angle (for Butt Welding)2M Length, 3 pcs. of ON/OFF Magnet is provided.

This carriage is provided with Guide Roll ,which tracks Groove, to performs
Flat Butt Welding.
